Michelle is the CEO for Great Culture to Innovate® in Mexico. She is an expert in the area of workplace culture transformation. She is a partner with Great Place to Work® Mexico. She has worked with the organization for more than 15 years with hundreds of companies, successfully positioning the importance of high trust cultures in the market.
She continues this effort not only as CEO for GCTI® but also as founder of UpEffect, Culture in Evolution where she brings multiple culture transformation solutions to organizations.
She is the founder of WONE, a program through which she promotes and recognizes people and companies that support diversity and inclusion.
She is the Director for Women Economic Forum, Mexico. She has been honored by the Women Economic Forum with an award for “Women of the Decade in Business and Leadership”.
